Broken Authenticator

Hi I tried posting this on the technical support forums but I got no response,

I was trying to log into account management and I was asked for my authenticator code and when I went to input my code it told me it was wrong so I tried again but the same numbers I had just inputted were still displayed on the authenticator and they are still there now.

So I tried calling account services but it seems the lines are all busy and I was wondering if there is anything I can do online to de-link it and use another authenticator I got from Blizzcon or if anyone can help me here.

Is it just continually displaying the same 6 digit code without it disappearing, or have you managed to make different numbers show up since this started?

If you are unable to get through over the phone, you can e-mail the Billing department directly ( I will include contact info at the bottom of this ) to request it is removed. You will want to send the request from your registered address and a Billing rep can take it from there. The other alternative would be sending in the Terms of Use form for deactivation, but as you have the authenticator itself still, e-mail or calling would be easiest.
