I have petitioned the above in game. Since the petition took over 12 hours to reach a GM, I was at work and the reply message said:
"Greetings,
Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department.
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your request at this time. Though our goal is to resolve every issue as requested, certain actions are beyond the scope of the Game Master Department. We regret any inconvenience you may have been caused.
Should you require further assistance, please submit another help request the next time you are online. We hope you continue to enjoy your experience in World of Warcraft!"
I have filed another ticket(since I probably wont be on line when the GM responds) can someone(a blue) take a look at this issue and post a reply if this is fixable or are we just screwed? Normally I wouldn't really care, but since this affects my entire guild...if this can be resolved ASAP it would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
