Frost Infusion Quest

I have petitioned the above in game. Since the petition took over 12 hours to reach a GM, I was at work and the reply message said:



"Greetings,

Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department.

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your request at this time. Though our goal is to resolve every issue as requested, certain actions are beyond the scope of the Game Master Department. We regret any inconvenience you may have been caused.

Should you require further assistance, please submit another help request the next time you are online. We hope you continue to enjoy your experience in World of Warcraft!"



I have filed another ticket(since I probably wont be on line when the GM responds) can someone(a blue) take a look at this issue and post a reply if this is fixable or are we just screwed? Normally I wouldn't really care, but since this affects my entire guild...if this can be resolved ASAP it would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

As the Game Master you contacted expressed, Frenzy, we simply are unable to assist with this issue. Such an issue would need to be resolved on the Development side, and as Ujumqin posted, they are looking into it.

We hope to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I apologize for what inconvenience this may cause for you.

We are pleased to report that this issue has been resolved. Going forward, Sindragosa's Ice Tombs should no longer conflict with the completion of the quest "Frost Infusion." While our In-Game Support and Quality Assurance representatives will continue to monitor this encounter for future issues, we will not be providing retroactive restoration or quest credit.

We understand that "Frost Infusion" is part of a cutting-edge quest line for the World of Warcraft, designed to be a truly epic player experience. We will therefore review previously-submitted reports related to this quest, individually, to ensure that we address each one appropriately and in accordance with policy.
