RAF Thread Spam in the Getting Started Forum

Have the forum mods looked at the newbie forum lately? The "LF RAF" threads are getting double- and triple-posted so it's turning into the recruitment forum of RAF. Are they even allowed? Originally mods were deleting the RAF threads but it seems that the posts are either allowed to be spammed now or they're letting the forum get flooded. New players can hardly expect to get an answer in this sea of RAF spam, and it's hard to look through the forum for an answer to a question.

I'm a regular poster there and it's disheartening to see this forum as a first impression for newbies who want an odd question answered, or who need guidance on their characters for the first time. Is Blizz letting it go to the dogs or is it going to be mopped up soon?
