Before the Undercity and Plaguelands?

Has anyone wondered the real name of the Fallen capital of Lordaeron that is now the Undercity?

And what of the Plaguelands (West and East) anyone have any clue as to what they were originally called?, was there ever a real name for them?, will they ever have a real name if they get fully cleansed?
