GM's failing to stop continued harassment

I'm posting this from an alt as I do not wish to endure further idiocy from certain individuals on my server. I've sent countless GM tickets, and yet now, 3 months worth of this crap, is still persisting. These individuals are continuously having other people spam me with tells. All of my ignore lists are full, i've fied ticket after ticket and nothing obviously has been done. What is my next step? I do not feel I should have to transfer to get away from this idiocy. Please direct me towards the proper channels as i'm fed up.

Q u o t e:
You ever hear the story of the boy who cried wolf? After a certain number of unsubstantiated reports, they tag your account and stop paying real attention to your petitions...

That is untrue, Kwanza, every report is investigated and appropriate actions are taken for all verified violations of our policy. The only time we would have an issue with multiple reports is if we already provided a response regarding a request (i.e. denial of a request such as a restoration), and you continued to petition in about the same thing again and again.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had such experiences, Carrano.

A little advice.

First, stop replying. It seems that you continue to exchange words with this person including temporarily taking them off ignore to send them a whisper.

If you have already indicated that you wish no further contact with them and have placed them on ignore, leave them on ignore. If they create another character to circumvent the ignore feature that will be investigated and appropriate actions taken.

If they ask others to contact you on their behalf, to circumvent the ignore feature, make sure you list that. Clear and concise information is most useful, include the name of who sent you a whisper and that you believe "X" initiated it to get around the ignore feature. Make sure you mention that this has been an ongoing issue.

If you wish to provide feedback regarding your petition (i.e. you don't believe it was handled appropriately), you will want to write to our feedback address. Their supervisor will look into your request and take what actions are appropriate.
