Accidental purchase, 2 hour refund time over

I understand that you cannot move my issue above other open tickets, but I was wondering if it is possible for my Wrathful Gladiator's Pendant of Triumph to be replaced with Wrathful Gladiator's Pendant of Victory (or the honor gets refunded to me and the pendant is removed), or is it too late? I had accidentally purchased the Pendant of Triumph, and I logged off thinking I had purchased the Pendant that had hit rating. Thanks!

It looks like you played for several hours after you had purchased the Pendant which allowed the refund timer to expire.

You are welcome to submit a petition and inquire about refunding the item, I'm not certain if we'll be able to grant your request but it never hurts to ask.
