I put in a ticket because i accidentally turned 50 frost badges into triumph badges because i was buying gems and went to the frost vender instead of the triumph one. i have like 200 triumph badges why would i turn frost badges into triumph! anyway i waited 2 days for my ticket to get "resolved" and they msg me after i log off and basically said "i cant help you". im sorry but i cant accept that! if it was 10 or 20 i'd just give up, but right now thats alot of badges!!! i put in a second ticket and its been about a day and its still pending. i've never had anything restored before so i dont see why this should be a problem! If nothing else i need to know how i can pursue this elsewhere

Q u o t e:
i won't b pushed aside, im not just some scrub, this toon is very geared and i plan on using those badges if it takes me a week!

You aren't being pushed aside, Beñder, your request was reviewed and considered but we were simply unable to grant it. If you believe an error was made I'd recommend writing to [email protected] so the matter can be reviewed by their supervisor.
Q u o t e:

i dont make a stand often but im afraid im going to have to push the issue until i get results

That would be unwise.

Harassing the GM Staff

Time spent dealing with issues that have already been closed keeps the GM staff from addressing other players' pressing issues. If a single player or multiple players repeatedly send abusive tells, abusive petitions, or multiple petitions on the same closed issue to the GM staff, they will be asked to stop, and if they continue, may receive an account penalty.

If a response has already been given repeatedly sending in requests regarding the same subject can be considered a violation and appropriate actions may be taken against the account. Please use the method I provided if you wish to dispute the results of your petition.
Q u o t e:

think of it this way, they could have just done it for me and moved on, instead they refused and now im here and i have another ticket out that they will have to respond to, so wouldnt it have been easier to just do it for me?

Easier doesn't mean right. Many mistakenly believe if they stand at the counter and shout at the employees that management will simply give in to the request to make you go away. Our policies apply to everyone equally.
Q u o t e:

its not unethical to ask them to change a rule, and if the GM cant do it let me talk to somone who can

No, it isn't. Unfortunately this is not the method to request such a change. The only way to request a change to the game or our policies is to post on the Suggestion forum. Our developers and policy makers read that forum frequently, and take into consideration all suggestions, even if they are unable to directly reply to them.

Granted, if that policy change is implemented you may not see the results of that request for weeks or months.

Please use the method of contact that I provided, Beñder, your request can be reviewed and if this particular request is something that we can grant we will do so.

Good luck.

I'll be locking this thread as it seems to have degenerated.
