Kil'jaeden is Locked in Sunwell

Last Night I had hosted a Sunwell raid gathering a full 25 people to come back and enjoy the wonderfully made old raid, clearing the bosses as usual until M'uru was defeated. As the group moved forward to find that "Archonisus, the third gate" was up and blocked the path to Kil'Jaeden. Many were outraged, but the group agreed to soft reset the instance and have all leave for a little over 30 minutes. When we came back the gate was still up and disgusted we decided to come back today. I have checked twice today hours apart and the gate has remained up. I have had a ticket open for hours with no GM response, and many of the people in group as well have tickets up.

I would like some help with this issue, it is very annoying and I would like to get the Sunwell finished before tuesday's reset so it can be cleared again next week.
