Sunwell Plateau Glitch

I was in a raid that was running Sunwell Plataeu earlier today, and we cleared all the way up and thought Entropius/Mu'ru. However, upon clearing the fifth boss, we proceeded down the hall above the Sunwell itself to find that the third gate was still ACTIVE?
The third and final gate of Sunwell was removed back in May of 2008, and allowed acess to KJ, the final boss. We attempted the 30 minute soft reset, and also tried having a blacksmith and rogue open the gate (the interaction ability was out of range, the gate itself is too far off the ground.)
Even after the 30 minute reset, the gate remain locked.
After talking to Vindicator Moorba (the NPC that will port you thoughout the Sunwell Instance) he confirms that the third gate is in fact still active.
"Agamath, the first gate and Rohendor, te Second Gate are now destroyed. Only Archonisus, the Third Gate remains."
To clarify, the third gate was brought down back in TBC, after several weeks of 2.4 going active.
Other servers experienced similar problems, only it happened to them on the second gate, Rohendor, that prevents access to the Entropius encounter.

Also, i went in on another toon, talked to Vindicator Moorba (fresh clear, was not saved) and he again indicated that the third gate remained locked. This suggests that if i were to attempt to clear SWP on this character, i would run into the same problem, even under a seperate raid ID.
Is there any way this can be resolved?

All reports which have been mentioned in this thread up until this point have been resolved, and Kil'jaeden should be accessible after performing a soft reset of the instance. To do this, please have everyone exit the instance for at least 30 minutes.

Thank you for your patience!

It has not yet been 30 minutes since the action was performed on our end, Bedow. Accordingly, I encourage you to exit the instance once more and wait over 30 minutes for the instance to be reset.

I just zoned everyone out... waited 37min. Zoned in, and the gate was still up.

Still not fixed.

Raid ID 18601100

Andorhal should be addressed shortly, Hrmz. If you've been in recently, it may take a soft reset to see the gates down.

Thanks!

i got the same issue on cenarius just now with my raid group, and they said it happened last week also, so i guess blizzard is too lazy to care about their customers and resolve this problem?

This should be down shortly, Cruel. This is a condition that can recur - but we are happy to address it if it presents itself.

You may need to soft reset the instance if you've been inside recently.

I'm having trouble with this as well. I know this thread is sort of old but if a GM could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

This should be ready in just a few minutes, Cobenn.

If your group has been inside recently, it may take a soft reset of the instance to have it kick in.
