Felhunter Quest Issues

I am having a problem accessing the Felhunter Quest. For a bit of a background, I leveled up my toon to 60 using recruit-a-friend about a year ago. I started playing him recently and decided I wanted to do some PvP with him. As such, the felhunter was a good option. I never cared for getting the puppy earlier as I am Demo FG spec currently.

So I went to the trainers in Stormwind to get the quest, and its not there. I looked up the quest line on thottbot.com and wowhead.com so I could try to figure out the issue, thinking it may be missing pieces of the quest line. I checked Gavin the Darkbinder in SW, went to Lago in IF and attempted to skip over to Strahad in Ratchet (as the beginning quest is Seeking Strahad)...as suggested in other threads and still no dice. I've abandoned all Warlock quests thinking that it may be available if I went back to these individuals and still no luck. I also made sure that "Low Level Quests" were being tracked in case this was the issue. Again, no fix.

I've been sitting on a GM ticket now for a day with no response and have looked all over the WoW forums, wowhead forums, thottbot, you name it...and cannot find an answer.

Someone please help me...

It seems you have completed the first stage of “Tome of the Cabal” Wittleguy, by seeking out Krom Stoutarm. If you return to this Dwarf in Ironforge, does he offer another quest, also titled “Tome of the Cabal”? If so, this should continue you on your way towards the oh-so-cuddly Felhunter.
