Conflicting Blue Answer's. Need help!!

Hello, I am working on the feat of strength, Insane in the Membrane.

I have seen conflicting reports from Blue's and players in regards to this achievement.

Do all factions need to be at the achievement requirement simultaneously, or can one be completed than lost.

For example, is bloodsail required to be honored AT THE SAME TIME as the steamwheedle cartel is exalted?

Or once honored status is achieved is that part of the achievement "completed" and unable to be lost?

I have seen answers on both ends from officials and players. I need a 100% for sure answer from a Blue.

Nope! It will be necessary to have all the listed reputation levels listed in the achievement simultaneously. So, for example, you couldn't go get Honored with the Bloodsails then head over to Booty Bay and make nice to get Exalted with them afterward.

There's a reason that the word 'insane' is part of the achievement title =O. Also, the achievements forum is pretty useful for inquiries of this nature, not to mention tips on how to most expediently pursue an accomplishment of this nature.

UPDATE:

Nay, I was correct - those reputation requirements must be met simultaneously. It appears that the reason why there is a discrepancy is that it that this may not have always been the case.

You can rest assured that, as of the current version of World of Warcraft, it is necessary to maintain all reputations at the listed levels to obtain the achievement. This is confirmed.
