Good Monday evening, all, and welcome to Scheduled Realm Maintenance: The Early Edition.

From the Service Status Forum:

Q u o t e:
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, February 2nd. Maintenance will begin at 3:00 AM PST and conclude at approximately 11:00 AM PST. During this time, all realms and many web services will be unavailable.

Thank you for your patience.

As a reminder! While Tuesday maintenance may briefly interrupt your regularly-scheduled pro-gaming, it is an excellent time to focus on account security. Just think about what all you can accomplish while realms are offline. You can:

  • Scan your computer system for malicious software
  • Complete available updates for your operating system, web browser, and antivirus and anti-spyware programs
  • Check out helpful browser AddOns like NoScript and Flashblock
  • Even research the Battle.net Authenticator

Be sure to review the Tuesday Recommended Reading List (below) for more information. :)

Note: All time frames listed are estimated and noted in PST (Pacific Standard Time). If you do not live on the west coast of North America, please make the appropriate adjustments based on your local time zone.

For ease of reference, here's a list of several common time zones and their current relationship to PST:
    HST = PST - 2 hours
    MST = PST + 1 hour
    CST = PST + 2 hours
    EST = PST + 3 hours
    AST = PST + 4 hours
    Newfoundland = PST + 4.5 hours
    GMT = PST + 8 hours
    AEDT = PST + 19 hours

If your local time zone isn't noted above, don't worry! There's many free time zone converters available online. :)

Q u o t e:

But... I don't understand D:. It was an issue not a PvP discussion >.<;

Any chance you could give me your opinion on it? I say opinion because I know you can't give me a straight forward answer <3

It's all tied up in your not being 80, Cicosis.

Folks, just a brief addendum. While the notes mention it, remember - some web services (including the forums) are likely to be unavailable for periods within maintenance today.

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to patch 3.3.2! Patch notes may be found here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=22748761862&sid=1

Also, as a reminder, should any of you experience difficulty downloading or applying the patch, please take some time to stop by the Technical Support Forum. Our representatives therein have created a very helpful and easy-to-navigate guide that will walk you through the patch troubleshooting process. :)

Realms are slowly starting to come online at this time. Please note that this is a staggered process and that not all realms may be immediately available. :)
