Lag Issues.

I'm sure there's many guilds out there that are no stranger to instance lag. With the final wing approaching, I'm curious to hear about any dramatic raiding schedule changes any of you guilds (that have this problem) have made to accommodate this issue. We've reached a point where we either have to wait until 9pm server time to start on limited attempt bosses, or move them out to later in the week. Alternatively, we've decided to run our three 10 man groups on tuesday. Needless to say, this isn't our most preferred raid schedule.

We like to go into ICC on Tuesday to work on the new stuff, but we're hindered. We've discussed a transfer to a low population server, but in addition to not everyone in the guild being willing and able to do so, I'm not sure it'll solve our problems. So basically, I'm fishing for some information.

Are there realms where 25 man lag just simply isn't an issue?

While we greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention on the Customer Service Forum, the best means to notify the appropriate parties of high latency is to use the Report Lag feature included within Patch 3.3. To access this reporting feature, please click the red question mark on your menu bar and select "Report Lag." Once you've selected the type of latency, a report is generated for our realm technicians so that they may more quickly note any trends or issues which need addressing.

Please continue to have your guild and your realm mates continue to use the Report Lag feature whenever you experience any such issues.

Thank you.

report lag button fails, need some better response then to use that button.

in other words...bump

The Lag Report feature was implemented specifically for reporting these issues, Siel. If there is an overall issue that we are able to provide information on we will but as it stands we have no specific information for you. Please continue to use the Lag Report feature so these reports can be sent to the correct department for investigation.

In other words... lock.
