Ok so the bad news, I lost my Iphone which included my Battlenet authenticator. The good news is it was lost in the desert of Utah and isn't going to be found. I need to have my authenticator turned off so I can access my WoW account and actually play. My account username is my email, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, you don’t need my password. any other information you need I can provide. thanks for you quick response. hey Andy,
ok, first off, it is a Battle.net authenticator for the I phone, the iphone
was lost, therefore I cant give you the serial #, second I cant log into my
Battle.net account to get my Authentication key and as for the disk, classic
wow cds, all 4 of them I recall were lost long ago, (4 years?) that’s why I can
download online...(I now play wrath anyhow) if you can tell me what file
the key is in I can pull it off my hard drive.... as for a secrete
question???? if I knew the question I could give you the answer... as for
my account name its XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX...
its been over a week and Andy will not respond. is this how they spend the hundreds of millions they make every year??? he didn't even read my original email.....
can someone who can really help, Please help, one week of game time lost allready
