Ban dispute ETA - Blue Tracker

Howdy, just wondering if there was an ETA on my ban dispute which I submitted on the 17th regarding 3 of my accounts on this B.Net :)

If I could please have an update, that would be fantastic.

While I realize that waiting can be frustrating, at this point no ETA is available regarding such an investigation. It's best to sit tight and remain as patient as possible while your dispute receives review.

Just as a very rough guideline, it isn't unusual for the wait to extend to a week or two - or even longer in some circumstances. Every investigation is different.

I do see were we received this appeal middle of January, and we sent out a letter telling you these were going to be upheld on 1/16.

I see no other correspondence.

Might want to check out your system as to what the 'minors' in the house may have put on there and/or were using to warrant this.
