Greetings, All--

Our Realm Technicians are currently investigating a latency related issue affecting a number of realms. We are aware of this issue and are working as quickly as possible to address it; however, we do not have any additional information to provide at this time. While we are currently unable to provide an estimate on when this issue will be resolved, we will continue to monitor this issue and provide additional information as it becomes available.

This issue is currently affecting the following realms:

    Aman’Thul
    Barthilas
    Blackrock
    Caelestrasz
    Dath'Remar
    Dreadmaul
    Frostmourne
    Frostwolf
    Khaz'goroth
    Kil'jaeden
    Kilrogg
    Nagrand
    Ner'zhul
    Proudmoore
    Sen'jin
    Silver Hand
    Thaurissan
    Tichondrius
    Vek'nilash

Please keep all related discussion isolated to this thread to ensure information is easily found; any additional threads will be locked and/or deleted.

Thank you for your patience.

Q u o t e:
got on tich.... 2fps wtf blizz.. and no its not my cpu i run 20-40 usually

I'm getting a 30 - 70 fps on Tich at the moment, Phoenixl. Don't rule out an issue on your end simply because the realm was experiencing an issue.

Our Realm Technicians made some adjustments that seems to have cleared up the latency. They will continue to keep an eye on these realms.

Thank you for your patience.

Now gimme my free Month.

If you wish to request compensation for unexpected downtime, Kalo, you'll want to post in the Suggestion forum. The Game Master department does not make such determinations, those who can make that decision can review your request there.

I know, Kalo. <3 I wouldn't want to deny you your proverbial bone but I want to make sure that the request is made to the appropriate people.
