Please feel free to submit an in-game petition describing the situation, and our staff will be happy to look into the situation. Please note that each investigation of this nature is unique, and that no restoration is ever guaranteed.
That said, it is also possible that your guild mate's account might have been compromised, and you may want to look into that possibility a bit further before enacting reprisals.
