Ban overserved?

I am posting this through the permission of a friend on his account, because no one is at Blizzard HQ to answer my email, and billing can't help me through the phone.

I was banned (I feel unfairly, but it being so short I didn't appeal) for 72 hours last friday at 7:34 PM. My account management page said I would be unbanned at 3:34 AM UTC.

It's currently 4:14 AM UTC, my account management says I am still banned, (It says "You are unable to access this page because this license is banned, locked, or suspended."), yet when trying to log in to the game I simply get an "Unable to Connect" error.

Is this because I am still banned past my 72 hour period, or some other error?

Actually, Hald, it seems that your suspension has, in fact, ended. In order to access the Account Management page, you will need to log into the game using the temporary password that was sent to your registered e-mail address. I realize you've tried to log in already, but received an "unable to connect" message -- a message completely unrelated to the suspension.

If you continue to receive this "unable to connect' message, please try following the troubleshooting steps found here:

I never received a temporary password in my email address, though.

Have you checked your spam folders as well, Hald?

I'll try calling them tonight, and post in the thread the results.
