Pit of Sauron instance server hang.

My character is stuck. And the worst part is we just finished downing Scourglord Tyranus and the Ice crystal dropped. I hit need and then shortly after we all get disconnected. Apparently I'm doomed to never get the item... worse still, I'm stuck logging into the instance. Instance server problems??? This was on my warlock FYI. Nerd rage is boiling within...

You may want to submit an in-game petition in regards to this issue, Djinn. If the item went unlooted, we may be able to award it to a player within the group. To help expedite the process, please be sure to include the approximate time this occurred and the full item name within your petition.

I'll try that, but what if it was sharded? IMHO that is not awarded. Just because instance server hangs or punts me off, I shouldn't be out my chance to get the loot? Occurred approx 9:25-9:30 PT this mourning. I've put in a ticket and await an answer and will cross my fingers. I can handle losing the roll yet again, if that's what happened but I don't even know if anyone else rolled. I don't know if my roll got queued before the hang. *hangs head*

A preliminary investigation on my part indicates it may not have been looted at all as a result of this issue. So there is definitely a chance that restoration will be provided, Djinn.
