Cannot Redeem Pets from Pet Store

I bought the Pandarian and Lil KT and cannot redeem the code. I clicked the link beside the item purchased to redeem. I was then linked to another screen to choose what license to link my pet to. I clicked the Wrath of the Lich King and got the error message:

The selected World of Warcraft license is not available to play.

So am I doing something wrong? How am I supposed to get my new pets?

If you would Arras, please provide me with the name and realm of a character on the affected account (the one you are attempting to award the pets to). I’d be happy to look into the situation and shed whatever light I can.
