Account banned, NO Probable Cause

I have made a second account and it has been triel for maybe 3 days, i had bought an account out yesterday, and their still had been all the tried restrictions on it. could not level could not do anything like a regual account. been playing on it today and all of the sudden disconnected from the game. ones i had tryed to reconect to the game i was told i had been banned!

Email resonce misuse of chat channel, which i had not even used or could not use the chat channel!

This is nonsence!

In order to receive assistance with this particular issue, you must reply directly to the e-mail or send a new e-mail to [email protected], Darkstshade. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience; however, this is not an issue that can be addressed on the forums.

That being said, it does not appear as if the account in question has been upgraded. If you are showing that funds were removed from your account, it is likely that the charges are temporary pending charges that will be returned to your account once your bank has identified that the funds have not been claimed. In many cases this can take up to 3 to 5 days; however, this will vary from bank to bank.
