Tichondrius server lag making game unplayable

I literally can't do anything. I can't train cooking, can't summon my mount and can't even get into an AV game. Other players on the server are complaining of the lag too, so it's not only me. Is there any way I can fix this because I'm pretty sure there are some people on my server who for some reason aren't lagging since they're online.
