Isolated Realm Connectivity Issues - 2/4

Greetings all--

We are currently investigating an issue which is preventing players from logging into Hydraxis, Onyxia, and Ravencrest. While I do not have an ETA to provide at this time, I can tell you that we are looking to address this issue as quickly as possible.

Please keep all discussion of this issue isolated within this thread to ensure that all information and updates can be more easily found; any duplicate threads will be locked and redirected here.

Onyxia and Ravencrest have been restarted and should now be accessible once more, folks. Hydraxis is currently being restarted and should be available again shortly.

It was necessary to restart the realm once more. We will be bringing it back online shortly.

I am keeping a watchful eye on this issue, everyone. I do not have any additional information to provide at this time; however, our Realm Technicians are actively working to make Hydraxis available as soon as possible.

Hydraxis is now online and accepting player logins once more, everyone. Should you experience any issues, please let me know so that I can forward this information on for further review.

The appropriate parties are currently investigating this issue in an attempt to determine how best to address this issue moving forward. The realm is now online; however, it may be necessary to make a few changes which would require us to restart the realm once more in an effort to resolve issues surrounding the Dungeon Finder queue system.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
