Mobile Authenticator - Can you hear me now?

Apparently not.

What's the story on why we can't get the mobile authenticator on Verizon smartphones? I've got a Blackberry, if I had AT&T, Cellular 1, Sprint, T-Mobile or Virgin I could download and use the authenticator, but it's not available for Verizon users... Why? When will it be?

We do want to expand into other mobile devices, but I don't have any specific information to give you at this time as to what or when. It just takes development time among other planning for these things to happen so, unfortunately, it can't happen as quickly as some would like. We'll keep everyone informed though on when these things are made available.
