Did not receive an item that I won a roll on

Yesterday I ran Halls of Reflection and won a need roll on Unsharpened Razor. I know, not the greatest item in the world but it seriously made my night (or month I should say) because I had been trying to get this dagger for over a month now and trying daily. So, after finishing up the boss encounter proceeding the mob waves that dropped the item I went to my bag to equip my new treasure. Alas, it was nowhere to be found! My heart immediately sank. I thought that maybe my bags were full and it is still waiting for me amidst the carnage.... but no. There was no dagger to found anywhere. I sent in a trouble ticket last night but I wanted to post here for some advice. I was so upset that I had to fight to fall asleep... sad I know, but true. Anyway, I was just wondering where the dagger went and if it is retrievable.

Q u o t e:
This was in response to my previous "in-game petition"...

Actually that is incorrect. The response you received was from the webform you submitted, your in-game petition is still open.
Q u o t e:

is there anyway that this can be solved while I am not logged in?

Perhaps, but we require a bit more information than you provided. We'd need an approximate time that this item dropped, "last night" is a bit vague, make sure you include a the time zone you are referring to.

You'll also need to include the name of the mob that the item dropped from. In the event an item can not be looted from a mob we do our best to verify that drop and award the item. Please note that this item drops from multiple mobs and isn't considered "boss loot" therefore the chances of verification are reduced. We will do our best but it may not be something that we can help with.

Call me crazy but I would actually like to use the time that I am logged in to play the game.

Having an open petition does not prevent you from playing your character normally. Use the time you are logged in, Mystiquellia, and play. We will address your petition in the order it was received and contact you with the results of your request.

If you do log in and your petition has not yet been addressed I'd recommend editing the petition to include any additional relevant information. Make sure you do not close the petition and open a new one as that will place you at the back of the queue.

Good luck.

Sounds good, Mystiquellia. Though I'd include what your time is, PST, EST, CST, GMT, etc... that's my only other recommendation.
