The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me. Often, when accounts are accessed by an unauthorized third-party and used for malicious activity, a temporary suspension will be applied to the account. This is largely a protective measure, to allow the registered user time to secure their computer and account while simultaneously denying access for the malicious party.
While I would love to answer every question you have Infernsas, doing so would reveal information regarding our detection methods. Information that would no-doubt be used by those that engage in this behavior to better avoid detection. As for your payment information, this is unobtainable with a simple login name / password, and full credit card information is not available on the account management website.
That said, I would encourage you to secure your computer fully, to ensure no malicious software remains, helping prevent such an occurrence in the future.
