Account "expired"?

First off,let me start off by saying: I was under a recurring 14.99$ USD month payment plan. And this is not the account I'm posting on:
Realm: Ghostlands
Character: Saeiyr
When I try to log-in it says:
"You're pre-paid time for worldofwarcraft has expired" etc etc etc
And here is the account-management page (The most recent):
12/27/09 $14.99 USD One Month Recurring
Expired
And today is the 27th,is blizzard processing it or..did something else happen? I just need/want answer before I go and buy a game-time card.

Either of those should work, Hellfires.

This does sound like at some point the recurrent subscription was canceled. You'd still be able to play until your time ran out - but it wouldn't rebill.

You could also give our Billing Department a ring for further information and clarification.

(just an aside, your credit card didn't expire - did it?)
