I totally agree with Customer service being disappointing. I filed a ticket for a restoration of items. Took 3-4 days from the petition to get 100+ items restored. They missed my tanking gear, I open another petition to restore seven items. I repeat: seven items. I filed it either the 7th or the 8th. No emails, no responses in game. I even made a post in the customer service forum but only one person (who wasn't even a moderator) replied. I've been waiting about two weeks for SEVEN items to be restored. It took only a few days to restore 100 or so items, what gives? : (
