Canceling accounts ... SLOW SERVICE

Its been near 2 days since i was hacked and an authenticator added to my account . I changed the password , sent bliz email , posted on tech forum , no blue help , son put in 2 tickets for help as the hacker was stripping my toons , taking over our 5 slot guild banks , kicked his toons as he tried to get some stuff out , THe hacker worked away for several hours ! Gm just responed with some retrrded copy paste response this am , cant get thru to blizzards phoneline , have tried for hours , NO email response , so after paying playing for 2 accounts since beta we our pissed off to the top , worse customer( lol) service in all games , matches the community i guess , (read all the ratings on wows community if u dont agree ) . would have stayed and played til bliz new mOG but we r done for good ! just need a blue to get that damm autthenticator off my account so i can cancel it !

ps comp is clean , trojan dead , prolly from the only site i went to , for an enchanting guide ;( prolly was a phish , all passwords changed on comp , just the authenticator to be removed , dont give a damn anymore about prolly the few hundred thousands of gold , mats, guild banks ,gear gone , accumilated since beta jUst wanna cancel and be done with a game that is full of botters @ sellers and hackers , both inside and outside of the game
This is the main thing I liked about Requim. You have to make a password for each character you make and you cant play that character without entering the pass code first. So if somebody was to get into your account some how there is nothing they can do but look at your toons because they cant be played with out that password

PS .. a very nice Blue stepped up below with a very nice response and also unlocked my account tyvm

Hello, Bigbadnasty. I was able to verify the maliciously added authenticator, which was added a bit over a day ago, and have had it removed. I am sorry to hear you were having issues contacting the Game Masters, but do see you had e-mailed the Billing department yesterday. Contacting Billing with help in recovering an account is a good course of action and they are able to help in situations like this.

The account has already been canceled as per your post, so you do not need to log back in if you would rather avoid it. I am sorry to hear you would want to leave the game, but that does not excuse our wait times, which have been rather high these last few weeks. While we do work to assist everyone as quickly as possible, it can take some time when many many people are asking for help. In case you do ever decide to come back, you may wish to place a petition with the Game Masters before taking off. If a petition is put in about any losses, they can work to restore it, even while you are away. That way, if you do decide to come back, you will hopefully have your lost goods back, instead of returning to an account which is devoid of items, gold, or anything else that may have been taken.

Thank you very much for playing as long as you have. Not many games can claim to have people around since beta, so it is sad to hear we may have lost you. The decision is fully yours to make though and I do hope you have an enjoyable experience, no matter what game you play.
