So i spent the last hour watching the <removed> did a quick random HHOR, yough. GOt the <removed>s at an enchancement shammy needing om the offhand. Logged on to his real, spoke to his guild chief, was told basicly tuff titties.

I wasnt so accepting of that, so sat there in /2 on his realm calling him out. Hit the enter key about 2otimes, prob once every 5mins, inb trade chat. Warning people not to trade/ deal with them. msg was

Trade warning <removed> ninja loot from Heroics. The Officer said tuff , shouldnt have grouped with him then".

I had alot of wsp'rs asking what happened, i didnt get in to debates in treade chat, but people spamming for encahnts, or stones to be cut, in trade channel. reproted me. I am now silenced/ gagged.

I was very careful to not over do it, and also relate it to ttrade, as in DO not trade" etc. How do i get gagged from that. I logged a ticket for a GM and was hit with the "Looong: wait.

My question is, How do you SIlense someone like that, and not even bother to talk to them or monitor the convo?

Youve put my Chazt and ail privelleges into suspension without anyone for a second talking to me..
Are we breaking ammendments here, Guilty to proven innocent.

Greatest thing is im not American. Im Australian.
I guess these BS rules, they go against every other rule, Kind of rub us the wrong way. I felt compelled to say something, not juust accept it

Sometimes the compulsion to speak is best overruled, particularly when that urge is highly repititious and expressed within public channels. Overcoming this compulsion to 'say something', or, at the very least, finding an appropriate method to do so may be a habit worth developing in the future.

The only rules that apply within World of Warcraft are our policies (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=20309) and our Terms of Use.

Spamming
This category includes:

* Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish
* This includes saying the same phrase more than once in a period of 30 seconds

The activity you were engaging in was sufficiently disruptive to raise the ire of many, many players, hence why your chat privilege was suspended. You are not allowed to call out other players in-game or on the forums via public channels. If another player violated agreed upon loot rules in an instance, then this could be considered a scam and you can report it to us via an in-game petition - which would have been the appropriate method to deal with this situation.

Your chat privilege will appropriately remain suspended pending a Game Master review. Rather than indulging misplaced righteous indignation, it may be worth taking this time to consider why this occurred and the steps you can take to avoid in the future.

Unless you adjust the tone of your posting, you will very shortly lose your posting privilege as well.

Still waiting for Malkorix to answer

I'm sorry if my original message was not clear, and I can see that you are frustrated - for that I'm sorry. Suspension of a character's chat privilege will occur under specific circumstances, generally related to the use of the Report Spam option.

This was a situation related directly the behavior of the character in chat, and the revocation of chat privilege was related to that behavior. There were elements of possible spamming and harassment in the dialogue in question.

I hope that helps clarify the situation, and once again, you can refer to our Harassment Policies for further clarification:
