Account Banned (Permanently)

Scenario.

i have 1 account with Multple 80's. i decided i wanted to create a Warlock Alt.
so i thought to myself, why not "Refer a friend" MYSELF!! to hit level 20 even faster.

Logged on to my new level 1 Warlock
Then Alt+Tabbed
Logged on to my new level 1 Priest (just for the extra EXP) Multiboxing.

started to level with the priest on follow, 10 mins into the leveling Process, my Priest was FORCED logged out and BANNED. i received an Email saying.

"Account Name: WOW1

Account Action: Closure
Reason for Action: In-Game Chat Policy Violation - Advertisement and Spamming

This account was closed because a character on the account repeatedly abused World of Warcraft's in-game chat system. This abuse includes advertising third party services/websites and repeatedly spamming in-game chat channels. Abuse of this nature pollutes chat channels shared by all players and harms the game environment as a whole."

so i was like.... wtf? Trial accounts Can't even talk in /1 or /2 etc........
so i decided......... to Recruit myself AGAIN.

created another Priest, set on follow, and started doing Quests.
10 mins into it, BAM BANNED AGAIN.
this time i made SURE, neither of my charecters Spoke at alllllll
not in /s, /1, /p , no in-game Chat whatsoever.

i received another Email, the EXACT same email as the first, saying i abused the in-game Chat rules.
LOL?!?!?

Epic Fail.
can i get some kind of Reason to this?

If you believe that these accounts were suspended in error, then please submit an email from the address registered to those accounts to [email protected]. As it stands, those of us on the World of Warcraft forums do not have purview over these matters and that email address is the only appropriate point of contact.
