I have heard nothing since last Wednesday regarding my account. Can I get some type of update of where I stand in the queue?

This looks to have been sent up on 1/28, Infensas.

Investigations are running at just a bit over a week at the moment, so it shouldn't be too very much longer before you hear from your Specialist.
