Best time to call Blizzard?

After receiving an error in the Blizzard store about a month ago, trying to buy an authenticator, I have called the 800-59Blizzard number several times a day since then, easily totaling over a hundred calls. I have never gotten through.

Is there a particular time of the day when the number is less busy? Is there anything I can do short of squeezing a lucky rabbit's foot to hedge my bets?

To make it worse, my account was hacked last week. Thankfully it was restored, but I still do not have an authenticator and my guild has decided that you must have a verified authenticator to use anything from the guild bank. I would not be surprised if upper level raiding guilds soon make having an authenticator mandatory to even be a member at all.

I am so sorry to hear that you might have had some issues getting through to our Billing & Account Services staff. While there are certainly no guarantees, you may find it easier to get through in the afternoon periods, Pacific time.
