I dont have a Hearthstone and I used the stuck option, it put me to where the Death Gate puts me.

If you've totally finished the starting Death Knight Area, you could submit a petition with 'stuck' in the text.

If you've not finished the starting Death Knight Area - the one that finishes with the battle at Light's Hope, you'll need to do that before you can move on from that area.
