Our staff are currently investigating the reports of latency that many have submitted, as well as connectivity and potential instance issues. In an effort to help focus our investigation, please create a post here containing the following information:

Honestly, Sengoku, that sounds more like an issue with your User Interface than an issue with the realm or latency. Try resetting your User Interface.

Weiland, are you referring to my earlier comment in this thread? If so, you may want to review the posts I was referring to. It seems you may be making false assumptions and getting crazy with the caps lock key without reason.

The player was getting disconnected when they equipped or removed an Heirloom item, that to me, sounds like an addon issue.

Thank you, Amornatura, that does makes a bit of sense. I hadn't heard of anything directly related to those items. It would still be best to attempt a User Interface reset, not simply disable your addons, to see if that helps. If you continue to experience the disconnection issues then reporting it in a separate thread on the bug report forum will allow the proper department to look into the matter.

We've certainly not forgotten you folks. Seems like Barthilas is currently the realm with this issue most prevalent and we are asking it be looked at especially close.

Just an update, no real ETA, just wanted to let you know we are aware and our techs are looking into this.
