Did the Resilience hotfix go live?

I'm wondering if the hotfix went live? If not will it be updated on Tuesday? Will the tooltip show the correct amount the change has made? Currently my resto shammy w/ 1200 resilience is showing the same damage reduction numbers as usual - I can't see the added buff as posted by Blizz.

Rolling restarts were done over the weekend so this change is now live.

Where the tooltips updated as well? I checked my info just prior to the restart and after and there was no difference. Haven't had time for PvP field-testing yet.

Tooltips can't be changed in a hotfix unfortunately. We posted this information in the thread we have on the PvP forum last week:

"The tooltip for resilience will update when patch 3.3.2 comes out to reflect this change."
