Emblem mistake

Hi,

After my raid the other night, I wanted to use some emblems to buy gems for my nice new pants. I was thinking to myself, all i have is emblems of frost and triumph, i need to use my triumph emblems to buy conquest to buy valor to buy heroism to buy gems... and in my tiredness, I mistakenly clicked on the guy in the middle (the emblem of frost quartermaster) and quickly clicked to the last page, shift-clicked 40 emblems to trade, and clicked OK... and immediately realised I had mistakenly spent 40 emblems of FROST to buy more damn triumph badges. My bad, I know, it was a dumb mistake of weary eyes and complacency from decades of clicking the software "OK" box without reading it. However, I hoped it would be an easy mistake to fix. I IMMEDIATELY made a ticket, like, before even moving from the spot, but upon finally receiving a response today, the message waiting for me when I logged on said this is not something your "tools" can fix.

Not to be pushy, but can you PLEASE consider seeing what can be done about this? 40 Emblems of Frost is a pretty significant number, I should have been buying a new piece of Tier 10 gear and thanks to my mistake I only have 59 emblems now. I just cannot accept that there is no recourse for this, if there are any loot problems in the game that can be fixed, this has to be one of them. And yes, I did re-submit a ticket in-game. I just don't have much confidence that the next GM will do anything other than copy the same message, if I'm not online when someone gets to my ticket.

It seems your request is currently in the process of being investigated by a Game Master, and they should be contacting you with an answer regarding the situation soon. I’d keep an eye on your in-game mail for a resolution to this petition.
