Sunwell Kil'Jaeden gate bug

On The Venture Co. server we did all the bosses in The Sunwell Plateau and cleared all of the trash mobs, but the gate to Kil'Jaeden is still locked. We tried a soft reset by disbanding the raid for half an hour and tried again; still no luck. After about three hours I made another raid group and went in, but it is still locked. What else can we try before it resets on Tuesday?

There is usually a main thread on this issue that is brought up when this occurs though you are welcome to start your own if you experience this issue. This thread hasn't been active since March. :)
