Hello,

I haven't played in a while. I tried to log on yesterday to find that the accounts have all been merged with Battle net. I followed the instructions to get my account active but when i tried to input my Authentication key the system said the key was already claimed. Is there another account that was created for me? If so how to i find it....

Thanks

Q u o t e:
You don't enter an authentication key to merge to battle.net.
Make a battle.net account.
Log into battle.net account management.
Look for the button to add a WoW account - NOT ADD A GAME.
Use your WoW info to merge it.

If it says your email is taken when making a battle.net account, you might have an old Blizzard store account - that would be a battle.net account now, and you can just log in and start from that step.

Then, you use battle.net's email and password to log into WoW, not your old info.

If you are unable to merge as it notes they already merged... but you did not do it, then we would have reached the time for you to contact Billing directly for help in recovering your old World of Warcraft accounts.
