Can blizzard leave me alone???

Blizzard Post
I 'd like to thank you if any admin can finish my post and ignore my broken English. I am REALLY REALLY MAD at blizzard now. Here is my short story:

--Background--
I got three wow accounts, all accounts are under my name. I never get involved with RealLife Gold/items selling/buying, my computer is well protected and there is not virus, key loggers. Only me and my son ( who is in China with his grandparents now ) can access these accounts. we have fun for 4 years in this game.

--How do we play wow---

my son: he likes to run instances with his friends with different chars. wow brings him lots of fun.
me : Playing bg with my son on weekend. Running wow on my laptop and carry it with me,when I arrived at office, I ran wow , parked my char on AH and buy-in-low-sell-on-high everytime I was free. I was be able to stay online from 9am to 11pm that's why I gain HUGE gold from doing AH. I never worry about that behavior because 1. it is legal. 2. I didn't use any illegal software. 3. Blizzard can trace every copper so they will know all my gold are clean and spending legally.

--What happened?--
From last Sep, all my three accounts got suspended or 'investigated' again and again and againand again. I thought maybe my all-days-in-AH looks unnormal so I sent an email to explain and asked blizzard to trace every copper if they want. I had send my public notarized photo ID which blizzard required, and I did tell account admin don't block my accounts if blizzard system detect another IP from China. I always get the email from Account Admin talking about they will placed additional security measures on the accounts to prevent further disruptions to my son's access.

But it never works. My accounts still got blocked , under investigated or whatever account admin calls, then me and my son re-gain the access after 7-14 days waiting. Everytime AccountAdmin promised to me we won't get disruptions anymore, but this still happens every couple weeks and need at least 10 days to 'recovery' it.

Oct: Got suspended for 7 days, then regain the access after I send the photo ID copy.

Nov: Got suspended again for 18 days, this time I have to send public notarized photo ID. And I got confirmed email from Account Admin about addition measures will be placed on my accounts so this will not happened again.

Dec: Got suspended again for 9 days. Received the same email about 'addition measures' again.

Jan-2010: Got investigated again from last week, still under 'investigated'. I will expect to receive the same email again.

--What I felt---

I felt I am so stupid to let Blizzard charge my credit card, paying real money for being suspended for days and weeks. I really understand blizzard now get millions customers online so blizzard just doesn't care a mad dad and his frustrated son 's feeling --- losing a player wont effect the stock price at all. Instead, my cases may bring extra bonus for account admin because they did 'lots of job on keep wow safer'.

--what I want--
I am VERY VERY disappointed at wow account admin , I don't think they are professional , well trained persons can settle the case right. The only thing I want to know is: what the heck is 'additional security measures' ? Bliz told me it will help me from disruptions but OBVIOUSLY IT NEVER WORK.

I have to say, any virus, key loggers are more welcomed than account admin, I rather to be hacked than to be 'under investigation' every two weeks.

Please, leave me and my son alone.

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

If you could, please give me the name and realm of a character on the account in question, and I’d be happy to take a look.

Regarding “de-linking” a World of Warcraft account from a Battle.net account, you would need to speak with a member of our Billing and Account services team about this, as they would be the ones to handle such a request.

I would continue to monitor your registered email address for the account for any communication from Account Administration.

Again, thank you very much for your patience in the matter.
