The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me. Likely Bustacap, your account has indeed been compromised. It is, unfortunately, commonplace for those that would steal accounts to attach Authenticators to them to make their recovery more difficult. You may wish to review the following threads, paying special attention to this section from the Account Compromise Info Center:

6.3 An Authenticator Was Added to My Account!
In some circumstances, malicious parties may add an Authenticator to an account to prevent access to anyone who does not possess the Authenticator. Please contact our Billing and Account Service Department to have the Authenticator removed from the account. Our Billing Representatives can be reached via phone using one of the following numbers:

all account compromises have resulted from a client-side security breach. Battle.net has never been compromised and player account information has never been stolen or disseminated by a third-party. I would wholeheartedly advise following the steps listed above to ensure your computer, email address, and account are secure to help prevent future unauthorized access.
Once you have done so, create an in-game petition detailing what happened. This will be received by a member of our Game Master staff and they will forward your account information to our Character Specialists for investigation. They will be able to see what happened and offer any possible restoration for damages done.
Finally, in order to add an extra layer of security to your account, you may consider attaching an Authenticator of your own, in order to help prevent further unauthorized access.
