Character Recovery (Deletion of 6+ months)

First off before you read any further know that I did indeed open a ticket but since the wait time on responses is rather long right now I was simply looking for a premature response.

Hey there I was wondering if Blizzard is able to reinstate deleted characters, I deleted all of my characters on August 30th 2009 because I needed to focus on school and I knew if I didn't have my characters I wouldn't be tempted play but since then I've graduated and started to get back into the game again and was wondering If Blizzard would simply be able to reinstate my priest, the one I'm posting this response with; could care less about my other characters the priest was my main and had achievements and mounts I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get again including glory of the ulduar raider 10 man (rusted proto drake) and I also got lucky and received reins of the white polar bear from that brunhildar village daily. Simply put I was just wondering since I'm able to post with the Avatar of the deleted character does this mean it's still in Blizzards database? Also note that if you click on my portrait it will say file not found.
