I have all 3 of my accounts set to automatically renew in 3 month cycles. When it hits the date for billing, I end up getting my account frozen pending payment. However, the payment never happens. My credit card isn't getting declined nor is it ever at my credit limit.
I can bypass the problem by entering the account and re-entering in the exact same credit card info and when I do that, the payment authorization goes through without a problem.
Since it doesn't seem to be an issue related to being unable to bill me (not declined or blocked), I figured I would try CSF before contacting billing since I am unsure if it is a billing related problem seeing as you can bill me if I just enter my information again (albeit unchanged).
Edit: This isn't related to what seems to be the current crop of billing issues since none of my accounts are currently pending payment.
