60 day Pre-Pay Card Problem.

Dear Blizzard, I'm A new WoW Player. A friend of mine recruited me. I recently purchased the Full game and also the Burning Crusade expansion pack. Upon my free month's time nearing it's end I decided to buy a 60day pre-pay card from wal-mart. I am having trouble Getting my 60 day limit from this Pre-Paid card I just purchased from Wal-Mart. It Costed $29.99. Upon adding the time to my already existing account it was only confirmed for 30 days worth of time. Your assistance will be appreciated. Oh I still have the card and the reciept. thanks.

Oh Okay ty very much. Although It's not just showing my free time which expired Feb-8th. It confirmed my card and is now showing March 8th is the day my subscription closes. Just a bit worried :)

This is quite odd, but I was looking at the wrong payment information... your account actually has a 30 day game card on it, set to go active on February 7th. This card was purchased from our online store using your own account. So if you bought a gamecard from a retail store, that has yet to be applied to your account yet. So you should see you have paid for one month of game time.
