Needle-Encrusted Scorpion drop rate

28 Devourer of Souls kills and 3 drops, all lost.

I'm posting in this thread every run I complete without getting it.

Edit: Well it finally dropped on the 36th kill.

Pally tank won it with a roll of 13, guess what I rolled?

13, Unlucky 13.

I was too busy laughing at the amazing coincidence and he left 5 seconds later before I could yell at him.

This is not unexpected based on the actual drop rate. Remember that not all drops will always go your way and they can take awhile to get. (or just say random loot is random)

And just for the record I have a character that is matching your pace in Devourer kills and hasn't even seen the trinket drop for about the last 15ish kills.
