Unfair ban, no reply from blizzard

So, I started an ICC-25 pug this past week, normal loot rules ( /roll MS > OS). I clearly stated before the raid "If you are not preforming up to par, you will not be receiving ANY loot whatsoever" (aka bad dps, dying to dumb stuff, etc). Nobody had a problem with that rule, everyone stayed in raid.

We only had 1 rogue, and the rogue BoE chest dropped from Gunship. He rolled and I refused to give him it, due to the fact that his dps was pretty horrid for the past 2 bosses, and he decided to dps in front of Lord M and ended up getting cleaved. After this the rogue gets all hurt and leaves raid. He then sends me a tell "Reported, ninja!"

I wake up in the morning and have an email from blizzard saying "Banned for abuse of ML privileges" ? Nothing was ninja'd, only problem was me declining to give that rogue loot. I find that this ban was VERY unfair. I clearly stated the rules of loot at the beginning of the run and blizzard decides to overrule them?

I sent in an email about it, the only reply i got back was some email telling me howto get my account back if it was ever hacked.

You are mistaken as to the cause of the suspension, Prestigious. Yes, you clearly spelled out how you would distribute loot, it was determined that you failed to abide by it. This had nothing to do with not awarding an item to the Rogue in the group.

As previously stated if you wish to dispute these actions the only point of contact would be our Account Administration department.
