Overcharged by blizzard. Again, Overdraft fee

I bought a paid character transfer for one of my friends, and was charged twice (I have had this happen to me 2 other times before, 1 for a WotlK upgrade, and 1 for a BC upgrade). But now that I was charged twice, I was put into the negatives in my bank account, resulting in a possible overdraft fee (in negatives now, if they money isnt put back by tomorrow, I will get charged)

2 seperate transactions for 25.00 ( a transfer). One has a date, the other doesnt.

Will this be fixed in time....

If the charges that you are seeing were from a single Paid Character Transfer request, then the second pending charge should indeed be released back to your available balance by your financial institution, normally within a few business days, Celyselia.

As you mentioned that you have encountered this issue before with previous transactions, it may be a good idea to attempt any future purchases using a different browser, or over the phone with our Billing and Account Services department.

As the funds for a pending charge should still be in the possession of your financial institutions I would be surprised if they charged any fee. However, this is something that is dependent on your their policies, and you would need to discuss that matter with them directly.
