We're in a random HToC.
Edge of Ruin drops.
Shammy, healer, with a GS of over 5000 rolls 'need'.
Asking "Need? Seriously?" prompts the response from said Shaman, "I'm sorry, I didn't see you roll Need, I'll trade it to you after the fight."

Doesn't this change it from a simple non-actionable ninja to an actionable scam when at the end he just 'Needs' everything else that drops and then leave group?
Now, it seems pretty clear that it was just a scam to avoid being vote kicked.

I think it's pretty clear that this constitutes scamming, but I just want to make sure, because if it's not, this seems like a pretty sweet way to just 'Need' everything and not get kicked for it and also not have to worry about violating the rules.


P.S. I'd never actually ninja anything. It deprives others of their enjoyment of the game.
