[VoA] Do you find it frustrating?

When you're in VoA, you kill a boss, T10 drops or the latest and greatest upgrade, and you lose the roll to a total scrub/mouth breather/baddie etc?

It happened to me last night. Keep in mind, this is not my main raiding toon, as this toon is mostly into PvP generally, but I know my class very well and can pull great DPS. Last night against the new ice guy I pulled just under 7k DPS in what gear I had to work with, which isn't too bad, considering most of my PvE gear is welfare triumph gear with a couple ToC drops here and there.

But this other lock, who was pretty much your definition of a true baddie, strolled up with a good portion of triumph gear that was unenchanted, not gemmed, gemmed with some pretty poor class choices such as int gems, excessive hit, etc. This dude pulled about 2.6k on the new boss, which is even below patch 3.1 standards.

I realize its open rolls, and I realize he was entitled to it just as much as I was, but good god, it is just frustrating.. I did not say anything, I bit my tongue pretty hard, but I wanted to call him out so bad, but it recalled to me its just a game.

Does anyone else feel this way ever?

I wouldn't say I feel VoA is anymore frustrating than my organized raids. Sure, I lose on items to people I don't know and will (likely) never see again, but in my organized raids I feel it's just as frustrating to not see the item drop that I'm next in-line for or to see trinkets go to people who stop raiding two weeks later. I guess maybe my expectations for VoA runs start out at a more reasonable/lower level.

Yes, I want/gotta have it all.
