I was logged in a couple hours ago, and suddenly I got kicked off the server. I then get an e-mail from paypal saying that Blizzard Entertainment has cancelled a Billing Agreement with me?
I logged in to my battle.net account and clicked on my world of warcraft game, and it says that my license is either banned, locked or suspended?
I have no idea what happened? I have gotten not a single e-mail with an explanation...
Yesterday I called Billing support because I had an issue with a paid faction change, after the call I was relieved that everything was alright, because that specific character was locked. The person in question said that everything will be back to normal inside a span of 24 hours. A little bit after, I opened my warcraft game, and I opened another ticket, because I forgot to ask something about my locked character.
Today this happened, where my total account gets locked. I log in into the game, play a bit, go see the new gear etc etc. In the meantime I delete 2 small level characters i don't play, and boom I got account locked. I don't get it? I can't even ask for support on the forums??
I e-mailed the wowaccountadmin, but they seem not to answer.
Can someone please tell me what's going on?
